This company sucks they try to steal more money from you after paying shipping which international duties should be paid when buying the item not after. This company sucks.

For international shipments, import duties and taxes are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not included in our product/shipping charges unless specifically stated otherwise.
In this case, the order had already been processed and shipped before the cancellation request was received. We also attempted to offer a partial reimbursement and goodwill discount to help resolve the matter.
Unfortunately, the shipment could not be completed after the customs charges were declined.
We understand the frustration surrounding unexpected import fees and will continue improving how these charges are communicated for international customers.
